To create a programme using PEPs SolidCut software to mill an object.

Approach

The top view was drawn using autocad, then imported into PEPS; various milling and drilling operations were programmed in and then tested using a milling simulation. The programme was then downloaded onto a CMC milling machine and the finished object milled. Machine shake broke the turrets from one corner, but other than that it was a success.
